Rajesh Verma is the Founder and Managing Director of Thawe Marine, a leading service provider of marine engineering solutions. He has over 30 years of experience in the shipping industry, including 15 years in senior management roles. Rajesh has deep expertise in technical management, incident investigations, inspections, and quality assurance. He is also an expert in asset management and the dynamics of modern day ship management.
Rajesh founded Thawe Marine in 2018 with the goal of providing high-quality marine services at competitive prices. Under his leadership, the company has exponentially grown and become one of the fastest emerging NAVCOM providers in the industry.
Rajesh is a passionate and dedicated leader who is committed to providing his clients with the best possible service. He has exhibited exemplary entrepreneurial skills and navigated the company through challenging headwinds. He endeavours to transform the marine engineering services landscape by setting new standards of excellence and quality.
Rajesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from Marine Engineering And Research Institute, Kolkata, India formerly known as DMET.
